However, the jazz band and other forms of entertainment were superb. Throughout the day, African performers bring their tam tams onto the carnival stage, enthusing their tribal songs and dances with guests. The emphasis is clearly on interaction, as guests are the focus of all of the offerings of this carnival, especially the twice-daily Jungle Boogie Party where those crazy Jungle Book animals teach Mowgli how to dance, jungle-style! Equally impressive were the dancers and the costumes, both of which were colourful and well crafted.
As part of the media celebration, a party was held at Colonel Hathi's Pizza Outpost in Adventureland.
