Over here at Laughing Place, we like to whistle while we work because it helps to keep the mood light, and it makes us think about Disney characters. In fact we think about them so much that we often go shopping for items featuring our favorites! Inspired by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Rebekah had a great idea for a segment on Barely Necessities: The Disney Merchandise Show that she’s christened “Sensational Seven.”

Every week on Barely Necessities, Rebekah selects seven items loosely inspired by the unique personalities of the dwarfs. Some items will have obvious connections, others will require a bit of creativity and imagination but, all of them will be fun. Ready? Let’s take a look at this week’s selections:
For Sleepy we have an adorable baby sleeper in rainbow colors featuring Minnie Mouse and friends. And right now, this sleeper is among the items currently available for at $14 when 2 or more purchased.
Sometimes it’s hard to wait for that special day, but this Up Block Calendar at least you can have fun while practicing patience. This item comes with several blocks so you can countdown to occasions like “Christmas,” “My Birthday,” and “Paradise Falls,” and of course “Disney!”
When you’re in a grumpy mood, this wall hanging will remind you to be more like Winnie the Pooh and focus on some of the cheerful things in life.
Rebekah’s Dopey choice is inspired by something that makes no sense, but she still really wants to have it. In this case, it’s a Disney Parks Wishable of the Main Street U.S.A. Trolley car!
Sneezy’s a tough character trait to find merchandise for, but alas we’ve got this Pixar Coco Kitchen Set. Rebekah’s reasoning is that Sneezy could bring “flours” into the house without having an allergic attack!
When it comes to expressing your feelings, some folks become really shy, so why not have a Disney character do it for you? This WALL•E tee is part of a couples set, and the other shirt features Eve. When you stand next to your love, you make a heart.
Finally, our last pick brings us back to Winnie the Pooh with this comfortable hoodie. Sometimes Doc can be befuddled and no one understands that feeling more than Pooh! The cozy top reads, “Did you ever stop to think and forget to start again.” Yep. I’ve been there!
That’s it for this week’s Sensational Seven! For more from Barely Necessities, follow us @DisneyMerchShow on Twitter and Instagram and head on over to our merchandise round up which features all of the topics we covered on the show. Thanks for joining us, and see ya real soon!
