Will Smith is an iconic actor, known for a plethora of roles, including the Genie in Disney’s new live-action remake of Aladdin. Alan Menken is a Disney Legend, responsible for probably all of your favorite Disney songs over the past 30 or so years. So even when you’re an accomplished and incredibly talented singer like Morissette Amon, you’re allowed to have a bit of a freakout moment when you meet the two of them at the same time.
That’s exactly what happened in a new video released by Walt Disney Studios. Except, the excitement doesn’t stop there. Amon and Menken actually sing one of the classic songs from Aladdin together, creating a magical moment for the young singer.
Amon was clearly overwhelmed by the moment after the pair sang “A Whole New World” together and rightfully so. Still, she did a fantastic job with the classic song and Menken and Smith were clearly both impressed.
