According to the Orlando Sentinel Disney has announced changes to the employee dress code including no longer requiring female employees in skirts to wear pantyhose unless it is a specific costume item. Some changes to the dress code for non-costumed, professional staff permit men to wear untucked, Tommy Bahama style shirts and ladies to wear capri pants and certain sleeveless tops.
