Walt Disney World Weather Report for April 8 from @WDW_Weather

Well as the song goes – second verse, same as the first (same with the third and fourth while we’re at it).  You can expect a whole lot of the SAME as yesterday today with one slight difference … if you thought it was warm (and I sure did) – it will be warmer and then warmer and then warmer through Monday.

High temperatures will be in the upper 80s for the next several days and it looks like tomorrow now may be the warmest … (even though part of me still wants to believe the hottest day WILL still be Monday ahead of our next very weak frontal system).

The dewpoint right now as I type this is at 65 … and it’s only going to get more humid over the next few days.  What that means is that even if the temperature stays the same – it’s going to FEEL a whole lot warmer … The record high for today is 91 (set back in 1978) and I don’t think we will come close to breaking that but it goes without saying that we slightly above average for this time of year.

Generally afternoon heating goes hand in hand with afternoon thunderstorms but with strong ridging going on I’m really expecting it to stay dry, though you can expect some afternoon clouds to build up.  Make sure you drink plenty of water because I was in the parks yesterday and you may do a whole lot more standing and waiting than riding so you need to make sure you stay hydrated.
