What can I say about the weather that hasn’t been said this week already. More of the same can be expected today and while it didn’t rain officially in the parks yesterday you could see storms building not too far away. Unlike Monday though these things literally blew up – and rained themselves out right there without moving much of anywhere.
Today I expect more of the same though any thunderstorms that do form should be a little further north, but that said when you talk about afternoon temperatures once again flirting with the 90s you can’t rule out the chance for a little bit of rain in the afternoon.
In case you were wondering yes temperatures have been consistently warmer than the average for this time of year and there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight through the weekend so make sure to bring plenty of water to the parks. I’m not sure if you know this but you can always ask any vender that has fountain soda for a cup of water and they should be happy to oblige.
