The atmosphere is really dry, which should keep down the chance of showers this afternoon, and thanks to that there will plenty of sunshine to be found. That said, believe it or not temperatures will once again be below average for this time of the year. A gradual warming trend is on tape however and we will make it back into the 90s by the weekend.
Most long range models keep us dry all the way through the weekend, but as is the case living or visiting the lightning capital of the world – an afternoon thundershower is always possible thanks to daytime heating.
All in all – Mother Nature must be a Star Wars fan because it’s looking like a picture perfect grand opening (knocks on wood).
