Walt Disney World Weather Report for April 5 from @WDW_Weather

According to a few hotel signs throughout the Downtown Disney area we tied the record set in 1918 of 93 degrees but not so fast – officially it was only (yes I said only) 91 official at 2:47pm.  Things are starting to get out of hand here with this heat throughout the southeast but as I eluded to yesterday during the forecast things are finally about to change…not today mind you J.

So anyway, same set up for today we’ve seen for many days.  Fog develops overnight and you may wake up to some.  We will once again be far above average and top out in the upper 80s and hey why not, if we don’t get enough afternoon cloud build up I can see us hitting 90 again easily.  As with any hot day thunderstorms are not out of the question though the greater threat for them is tomorrow afternoon.  A cold/cool front is going to start pushing its way through the southeast though which will drop temps back to where they should be for this time of year – and the latest model date suggests we may even see upper 70s by the weekend if you can believe that for a high on Saturday.  That said, we rebound back up to 80 by the time Sunday rolls around.

Lows will get down to the upper 60s but believe it or not it looks like Saturday night into the overnight we may make it back into the 50s.
