I’ve been working for the past year with Emmy Award winning director Michael Brown on a documentary called HIGH GROUND. The film is the incredible story of a band of wounded veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan who set out to climb one of the tallest peaks in the Himalaya in an attempt to heal the emotional and physical wounds of war. HIGH GROUND won the coveted Audience Choice awards at the recent Vail and Boulder film festivals and makes its west coast premiere at the Newport Beach Film Festival on April 29th.
