Just in time to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his first appearance in a Marvel Comic, Madame Tussauds New York will unveil Jeremy Renner’s wax figure as super hero Hawkeye on Thursday, October 9 at 12:30 p.m. at New York Comic Con, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Midtown Comics’ booth #2036.

Madame Tussauds artists worked tirelessly to create the spot-on wax figure of Hawkeye which is modeled after the master archer as he appears in the 2012 box-office hit The Avengers. The unveiling at New York Comic Con will mark the debut of the figure in New York, where the impressive likeness will join other Marvel Super Hero figures including The Hulk, Spider-Man and Captain America in the Marvel 4D Experience at the Madame Tussauds Times Square location.

Madame Tussauds New York is the interactive “must do” attraction, providing guests with unique opportunities to create memories with some of the world’s biggest icons. Prominently located in the heart of Times Square, Madame Tussauds New York is open 365 days a year at 10 a.m. Visit www.madametussauds.com/newyork or call (800) 246-8872 for more information.
