Disney has reached a settlement with Kelly Wilson regarding her copyright claim against Frozen.
The Court was advised on June 10, 2015 that the parties have resolved this case,” wrote U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria “Therefore, it is ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice”
Wilson claimed that the trailer where Olaf lost his carrot nose was similar to her short film The Snowman.
