TV Line is reporting that Netflix is close to greenlighting another Marvel series centered around The Punisher played by Jon Bernthal.
Bernthal’s Punisher, a.k.a. Frank Castle, will debut during the second season of Netflix’s Daredevil series which will premiere on the streaming service March 18.
There is still no word on a second season of Jessica Jones. With Daredevil getting a season 2 renewal less that two weeks after its premiere, many fans are wondering what it means for Jessica Jones.
Netflix and Marvel declined to comment on the rumored Punisher series.
