In an interview with espnW, 23-year-old South Korean LPGA star Ha NA Jang reveals that she has used animated Disney movies to learn English. She told ESPN’s Michael Collins that her favorite Disney movies are Frozen, Tarzan, and The Lion King.
She also admits that sometimes she sings songs from High School Musical on the golf course.
Jang turned pro in 2010 and played on the KLPGA from 2010 to ’14, winning six times. In 2013, she won that tour’s player of the year award.
Making it through LPGA qualifying school late in 2014, Jang finished her 2015 rookie campaign with eight top-10s, $883,032 in earnings and the No. 13 spot in the Rolex Rankings.
