The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media will use Google’s Cloud Platform for a variety of services including the recently launched Disney Life service in the U.K.

The news will be formally announced on Wednesday at the Google Cloud Platform Global User Conference in San Francisco. Gaining a large client like Disney is a big deal for the Google service as it tries to gain market share from the more popular Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure services.

The news that Disney is using the service comes after the platform has landed two other major clients in Apple and Spotify.

In addition to Disney Life, Disney plans to use Google for hundreds of other projects.
