The Cove Pool and Fantasy Waters Area
Next door to Goofy's Kitchen is the new Cove Pool and Papette Beach. Joining the Neverland Pool complete which opened in early July, the new pool area features a small sand beach, a large swimming pool and a fairly large kiddie pool.

Next to the new pool is the Fantasy Waters show. There was much speculation as to whether or not it would return after all the latest construction. The show area has already returned, but a show schedule has not yet been announced. The terraced, wood area that was used for viewing is now gone.. The new area, which includes lots of grass, trees, benches and a gazebo, can be viewed below.

The Baloo's Bargains shop, which used to extend from next to the Sierra Tower back towards Fantasy Waters has been replaced by Tinker Bell's Treasures in the front and a new Game Arcade in back.

What was the south side of the marina is now a large grassy area
The construction wall in back adjoins Hook's Pointe and the Wharf Bar. The Lost Bar is being built back there.

New Pacific Hotel Store
Over at the Disneyland Pacific Hotel, it was always a little strange walking in and seeing Universal Studios merchandise for sale at the Hollywood Store. Well the lease has finally run out and the store has been replaced with an unnamed store selling Disney merchandise, candy and snacks.
