After three months filled with bangers, high-octane anthems, and mid-tempo ballads, it seemed like we needed an aural reset. For April’s edition of LP Radio, a curation of instrumental music from the past century of Disney and other major motion pictures.
With LP Radio, you’ll be receiving a dozen songs curated into a playlist. Every month, these dozen tracks are made up of half from The Walt Disney Company and half from the wide world of music. For this month, it's time for the conductor to raise their baton, as we are experiencing a playlist full of musical scores.
We’re covering close to a hundred years of scores with this playlist. Gone With The Wind’s iconic “Tara’s Theme” is juxtaposed with the original score from Magic Kingdom’s Tron Lightcycle Run. The James Bond theme joins the likes of the instantly recognizable “Bundle of Joy” from Inside Out. It’s the perfect reset playlist.
