The Disney Dreamers Academy, a popular four-day outside-the-classroom event, will be returning to Walt Disney World Resort in March, 2022, according to the Disney Parks Blog.

  • The Disney Dreamers Academy will allow for 100 high school students to receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Walt Disney World.
  • During their four-day trip, they will participate in programming designed to inspire young leaders to dream beyond their imaginations and jump-start their life goals.
  • The 2020 Disney Dreamers Academy program was unfortunately cut short and transitioned into a virtual program series.
  • Next year’s return will mark the 15th year of the program.
  • Disney Dreamers Academy has inspired more than 1,300 students with hands-on seminars in a wide range of disciplines found at Walt Disney World.
  • Participants in the program learn how to improve their communication, leadership and networking as well as many other useful skills.
  • Students also get to hear from community and industry leaders, Disney cast members and celebrity guests. Past celebrity guests have included:
    • Singer NE-YO
    • NBA Legend and business mogul Magic Johnson
    • Star of Disney’s upcoming live-action “Little Mermaid,” Halle Bailey
  • The next Disney Dreamers Academy program will run on March 3-6, 2022.
  • If you know a student with big dreams, drive and passion, high schoolers ages 13 to 19 can apply here to be part of the 2022 class of Disney Dreamers Academy through Oct. 31, 2021.
