Thank you so much Mr. Yamamoto. As you will soon see for yourselves, there is so much to do here at the Virtual Resort. You can create music, edit home movies, preview video on demand or try out interactive TV. You’ll also see how you can take information, games and entertainment with you on the road. There are so many exciting activities here that capture the philosophy of Pioneer - sound, vision, soul.

Well if everybody’s ready, let’s power up the Virtual Resort. To do that our laboratory scientists have created this device, the Power Portal. It is activated by combining the three elements - sound, vision and soul.

Ms. Harriss - representing sound - I believe you have a CD. (Harriss hands over the CD). Thank you very much.

Mr. Yamamoto - representing vision - I believe you have a DVD. (Yamamoto hands over DVD) Thank you.

By placing this audio CD and video DVD into the power portal we have taken the first steps toward providing customized vacation experiences. But the crucial component, soul, that truly brings this amazing technology to life. To that end we are extremely fortunate to have with us today the son of the founder of Pioneer, currently serving as Chairman and representing the soul of Pioneer, please welcome Mr. Kanya Matsumoto.

Mr. Matsumoto, if you would be the first to place your hand here on the Power Portal, the process can begin. Ms. Harriss. Mr. Yamamoto. Let the process begin.

The power portal lights up and a vein of electricity is illuminated leading up to the Registration Desk. At the heart of the desk is Pioneer’s Industrial DVD player, which houses 720 DVD discs. These discs provide the images for the Activity Center and Jungle Jam areas. Suddenly white lightening bolts of electricity spews from the top of the DVD player and plasma screens throughout the Virtual Resort are illuminated.
