Jouglard joins your favorite Danville denizens - Candace, Baljeet, Buford and Isabella to name a few - as a Fireside Girl. There are 3 of us that follow Isabella around, and we just help out Phineas and Ferb whenever they need an extra hand, you know, to hold a giant golf ball or something.

A giant golf ball?

Yeah.. she laughed. We have so many dances and so many songs from the show that everyone loves that we have to make the dancing crazy, like the songs are. So for Disco, we have these huge, giant golf balls that we throw out into the audience.

Interaction like that with the audience is just another element that makes the show so easy to get into.

We even pick some of the audience members to come up on stage to dance with Dr. Doofenschmirtz. Jouglard  said. The crowd really goes wild. [At that point] It becomes less of a show and more of a dance party.

Of course evil scientist Dr. Doofenschmirtz cant let something as big and fun as this go on without hatching a villainous scheme. But dont worry, you know Perry will be close by, and when he dons his fedora, his nemesis is in for some real and hilarious trouble, Agent P. style.

The genres of dance in the show pretty much run the gambit, with everything from Country Line Dancing, to 90s Hip-Hop, to Bollywood, giving the performers a real chance to stretch their legs, so to speak, and the audience a great variety to enjoy.

Jouglards favorite? Well, theyre all so much fun, but my favorite one would have to be Squirrels In My Pants because the audiences reaction when that song comes on - everyone loves it - and then when the squirrels are on Candaces pants, you just hear the crowd laughing, and singing along and its a lot of fun.

In bringing all this to the stage, the cast goes through their own adventures. We were in rehearsals for a month in Lakeland, Florida, to learn all the dances and get our acts together, really, Jouglard said, and then we just went right out on tour, right after that. Jouglard said. And we live on busses - there are 10 or 11 people on each bus - and we tour America, and we wake up in a new city and we get off the bus and were like What state are we in now?

Through all their time on the road and close-quarter living, the cast themselves become close. We all really get along, its really great. Its a big second family. We have a lot of jokesters in our cast and we end up just laughing the whole time and we have so many jokes with each other and so many, just, good times together.

Jouglard said she loves when the cast gets together to do fun, silly things, like making hand turkeys for Thanksgiving - as in you trace your hands on construction paper. They also made stockings for Christmas, which they hung on the call board backstage, and did a Secret Santa gift exchange.

I also love doing the publicity things in libraries, and some of us got to go to a hospital and see all the kids there. And their faces lit up when Phineas and Ferb and Perry walked in. It was so cool.

So much travel and publicity performing can be taxing, so whats her secret to being able to give her all to every show, even if the body is weary? Well, I do have a lot of soda. she laughed. A lot of carbonation. It does help if there is an audience that is lovin every joke and dancing along. Its the best when I see little kids dancing in the aisles!

With tunes from the series such as Gitchee Gitchee Goo, Squirrels in My Pants, Backyard Beach, Busted, Today is Gonna Be a Great Day, and Summer Belongs to You included in the show, I cant imagine the aisles will be dance-free very often.

But, its honestly its my love. continued Jugliard. Dancing and performing is what I love to do and I knew ever since I was little that I wanted to be in front of people and make people happy and this show really does make people happy, and it makes people laugh, and its really my dream job.
