Here the (still under construction( seawall, which is needed to protect the site from the action of the waves, can be clearly seen. The hotel complex will ultimately reside in this location.

Notice all of those buildings in the distance... all of those people... Hong Kong Disneyland will bring new meaning to the term "On Stage".

We've hopped back to Kowloon to get another view of this park's almost too good to be true location.

It's going to be visible to millions of people, especially at night. Not only will the lights of the park itself be obvious against largely dark backdrop of Lantau's undeveloped hills, but the spotlights from the sculpture at the center of its Downtown Disney-like entrance plaza, as well as its fireworks shows, are sure draw attention.
But don't expect a show if the wind is blowing toward Discovery Bay!
Those residents are going to have an amazing view of the park, but making sure the same isn't true in reverse will be some tricky business.

But not only will this park be nicely on display to much of Hong Kong's population, at the same time, Disney park locations don't get any more picturesque than this one.
