Wine Festival
Oct. 21-Nov. 19
The fifth annual Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, one of the longest, largest festivals of its kind in the world, will be Oct. 21-Nov. 19 at Walt Disney World Resort, with more than 100 wineries and foods from 30 nations.
The outdoor festival around Epcot World Showcase includes 23 international food and wine marketplaces. Special evening experiences include the new Reserve Dinners, Winemaker Dinners and Grand Tastings that feature wineries and cuisine from visiting chefs and Disney chefs. Winemaker Dinners are $75 per person plus tax (including gratuity); Reserve Dinners are $125 per person; and Grand Tastings are $60 per person. Epcot admission is required.
Every day there are free culinary demonstrations and wine seminars that allow Epcot guests to interact with some of the worlds finest chefs, winemakers and culinary experts.
Along with wine, more than 30 international beers will be poured, and BudWorld, located at International Gateway, will offer an in-depth look at the brewing process with free, 30-minute classes every hour on the hour.
Festival guests get an added treat. Epcot is the focus of Disneys year-long millennium celebration featuring sights, sounds and tastes from around the globe.
Admission to the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, including the culinary demonstrations and daily wine seminars, is free with the regular Epcot admission of $46, plus tax. Guests can call 407/WDW-DINE for information or reservations for special events and programs.
