First thing’s first – I would be remiss if I did not wish everyone a happy FIRST DAY of FALL!
Every time I see a warm up like the one I see in long range models it basically ruins everything I was going to say about the near term – but I just can’t believe we are going to be up around 90 again in about 5 days time!
Anyway it’s the weekend so you don’t care about that! Today may not be the best of days – some moisture and instability could lead to some showers and perhaps an even scattered thunderstorm. High temperatures should top out around 80 today but fall a bit into the weekend.
Conditions will improve late weekend early next week as temperatures rebound and we see some more sunshine with a shallower marine layer.
