Some of the Tastes of the A Touch of Disney Event at Disney California Adventure

Today was the first day of the A Touch of Disney event at Disney California Adventure, and not only were guests excited to step foot into a California Disney Park again, the food offered from all parts of the Disneyland Resort is the main draw.

The event, with all dates sold out, costs $75.00 to attend, and as part of that, guests receive a $25.00 dining card specifically for the event. Interestingly, the Touch of Disney Dining Card may only be used on food and non-alcholic beverages in the park, and is not valid for the purchase of alcohol.

Dining locations throughout the park have reopened and are serving up favorites from around the Disneyland Resort. One example is Cocina Cucamonga in the Pacific Wharf, serving up various tacos but is also offering the Banyan Beef, Chieftain Chicken, and Bengal Beef Skewers of Bengal Barbecue in neighboring Disneyland Park’s Adventureland. Smokejumpers Grill in the Grizzly Peak Airfield is also serving up half of a Monte Cristo sandwich from the Blue Bayou.

Throughout the park, you’ll also find various marketplaces, including:

D-Lish

D-Lish, as close as you can get to the yet-to-open Avengers Campus, is serving up Walt’s Chili from the Carnation Cafe on Main Street USA, as well as a Very Berry Mickey Waffle and Farmstand Punch.

California Craft Brews

California Craft Brews is home to Pepperoni Pizza Egg Rolls and Assorted Craft Beers

LA Style

LA Style features a Pork Belly Banh Mi, as well as serves up an Impossible Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese, and offers a Honey Bourbon Lemonade.

Golden Dreams

Located near the Mill that makes up the lift hill of Grizzly River Run, Golden Dreams offers Carbonara Mac & Cheese with Nueske’s Bacon, Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings, and Strawberry-Rose Lemonade.

Uncork California

Uncork California offers up a California Artisan Cheese Plate, along with assorted wines, mimosas, and a mimosa flight.

Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo

Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo features Chicken Gumbo, a grilled beef tenderloin slider, and also serves up Watermelon Agua Fresca, and a Berry Mule.

Mobile Order is available for many locations, including the marketplaces, but for those who don’t use the service, there is a dedicated bank of cashiers for the marketplaces.

Usual favorites like Adorable Snowman Frozen Treats are also available, which also serves as the location to find the cult favorite, Dole Whip!
