WDW 50 - Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Toys Arrive at McDonald's

Disney fans can not only celebrate the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World in Orlando, but around the United States as participating McDonald’s now feature WDW 50 anniversary toys.

What’s Happening:

Starting today, September 14th, McDonald’s will be including special Walt Disney World 50th anniversary toys inside every Happy Meal as part of the World’s Most Magical Celebration.

For a limited time at participating McDonald’s locations nationwide, Happy Meals will include one of 50 toys showcasing fan-favorite characters in an “EARidescent” fashion.

The list almost parallels the characters already announced for the Fab 50 Character Collection that will be on display at the parks during the celebration with a few differences.
Those who order a Happy Meal via mobile order and pay on the McDonald's app between Sept. 25 through Oct. 1 will automatically be entered for a chance to win a family vacation for four to the Walt Disney World Resort for the 50th anniversary celebration, which kicks off in October and runs through 2022.

Each toy features a dynamic background that goes from day to night, corresponding to where their 50th anniversary sculpture can be found at the park, and a stand for the character to be placed on.
