Walt Disney World is making it easier for Annual Passholder to have their questions about benefits, My Disney Experience, and more to get answers; introducing the new V.I.PASSHOLDER Support dedicated services.
- V.I.PASSHOLDER Support includes a new phone line as well as online chat and e-mail support.
- Agents will be there to answer various questions APs have and event provide recommendations of what to experience during their visits.
- Walt Disney World APs can reach the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support line at (407) WDW-PASS between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. ET daily.
- Passholders can also use the chat at DisneyWorld.com/Passholder-Program (available between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. ET daily) or send an e-mail using the form here.
