Hong Kong Disneyland is hosting “The Royal Food and Drink Fair” on weekends, now through June 27th.

What’s Happening:
- On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Guests at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort can take part in “The Royal Food and Drink Fair.”
- Chefs at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort have transformed the Royal Banquet Hall into a special event inside the park.
- Award-winning international dishes only available during the limited time event include:
- Turkish Chicken Doner Kebab
- Italian Parma Ham with Melon
- Braised Beef Short Rib with Pumpkin in Thyme Gravy
- Norwegian Gravlax Salmon
- Crab Meat and Squid Roll with Mango
- Prawn and Scallop Mousse, Savoy Cabbage and Spinach Terrine
- Mickey-shaped Broccoli and Cauliflower Hokkaido Cheese Tart
- The dessert menu uses new molecular techniques and includes unique items like Nitro Creamy Truffles, Green Apple Yogurt Spheres, and Panna Cotta Dessert Cups.
- Food items can also be paired with mixed drinks and locally brewed beer.
- Guests can save time by purchasing e-Tokens in advance of their visit, with bundles that include souvenir sipping cups, pins and headbands for the event.
- “The Royal Food and Drink Fair” can be enjoyed a la carte or through a pre-fix menu where Guests get to sample many of the foods at the fair.
