The Line Up
Flightplan (September, 23, 2005)
A Hitchcockian/Twilight Zone-like thriller that takes place at 30,000 feet, the
story centers around a young mother (Jodi Foster) and her daughter. The two are
flying back to the States from Berlin when suddenly the young child vanishes and
no one seems to remember (expect Foster) that she was even on the plane.
The Greatest Game Ever Played
(September, 30, 2005)
A period golf drama based on the true story of the 1913 US Open, where
20-year-old Francis Ouimet defeated reigning champion Harry Vardon.
Chicken Little
(November 4, 2005)
The plucky Chicken Little works to restore his reputation after being made a
joke of when an acorn falls on his head and he thinks the sky is falling.
Casanova
(December, 25, 2005)
Another period drama, this one shot on location in Venice, Italy. Heath Ledger
plays the legendary Casanova, Jeremy Irons the Grand Inquisitor Bishop Pucci,
and Oliver Platt the fat Paprizzio. Lena Olin is the sexy and feisty love
interest.
Glory Road

The story of Texas Western coach Don Haskins (Josh Lucas), who in 1966 led the
first all-black starting line-up college basketball team to the NCAA national
championship.
Eight Below
(2006)
Two Antarctic explorers must leave their team of sled dogs behind when a record
storm overtakes the area. The dogs must then fend for themselves and their
survival alone in the wilderness.

The adventures of stock-car Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson), while on
his way to the big race, the smug McQueen gets bushwhacked in Radiator Springs,

Gnomeo & Juliet
(2006)
This romantic tale about garden gnomes features the voice talents of Ewan
McGregor, Kate Winslet and Judi Dench. The musical talents of Elton John (who
provides new music) are also featured.
Apocalypto
(2006)
Written and Directed by Mel Gibson, this epic actioneer takes place 3000 years
ago during the fall of the Mayan civilization.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest
(2006)
Captain Jack Sparrow finds himself in the middle of a supernatural mess when he
discovers he owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, Captain of the
ghostly Flying Dutchman. To keep from being doomed to eternal damnation he
enlist the aide of pals Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, who join Jack on yet
another adventure – even though they have to postpone their wedding to do it.

Santa, er Allen, uh Scott Calvin returns as Mr. Claus and is now faced with the
task of keeping his new family happy and stopping Jack Frost (Martin Short) from
taking over Christmas.
