As "Believe... In Holiday Magic" ended snow
fell on Main Street.
Mickey and his friends gathered at the stage with the Lasorda family and Harriss.
After the festivities died down, Doobie Moseley from LaughingPlace.com had the opportunity to ask Disneyland President Cynthia Harriss a couple of questions:
LaughingPlace.com: Looks like you've started a great tradition here.
Cynthia Harriss: We're thrilled that our guests are so happy. "Believe... In Holiday Magic" is certainly a home run for us and we know it's going to be a new tradition for us. In fact, on our guest surveys it's rated the highest rating that we've ever had on any entertainment.
LP: Even higher than the original "Believe"?
CH: We'll they're, I think, neck and neck. It's right up there - with the highest ratings - with it. Did you enjoy it?
LP: Yes. I've seen it, I don't know, 10 times.
CH: Isn't it great? I know each time it just...
LP: So you started off with It's a Small World Holiday, then Toontown, New Orleans Square, now this. You keep toping yourself every year. Can you keep doing it?
CH: Well that's our plan. That's the plan, to always have something new and different. It's that Walt Disney quote of "Disneyland will never be complete as long as there's imagination left."
LP: Do you plan on continuing the major holiday treatment with Disney's California Adventure and Downtown Disney.
CH: That'll be next year, but certainly we'll have to be thinking about what that'll be for next year. But you know it's right around the corner - February 8th, 79 days from now.
LP: Thank you very much for your time.
