Anyone ready for a cooling trend? Now don’t get too excited it is just about officially summer so that means HOT HOT HOT when it comes to this neck of the woods, but last week temperatures were considerably above average for this time of the year and it looks like those temps may trend downward as we head through the week.
Thundershowers were fairly inhibited around us yesterday and into last evening, meanwhile others around us were not so lucky. Today looks like a similar set up. Thunderstorm chances will increase as we head towards the end of the week but for today expect plenty of sunshine with temperatures once again getting above the mid 90s.
I’ll update you throughout the day as I did over the weekend should anything pop up unexpectedly.
The National Hurricane Center is not monitoring any areas of disturbed weather in the Atlantic Ocean.
