Some new entertainment features are making their way to Disneyland’s Frontierland, including a dueling pianos show taking up residence at The Golden Horseshoe.

  • Today, the Disney Parks Blog announced that two new entertainment offerings were coming to Frontierland at Disneyland.
  • First, a “strolling magician” will join the land starting next week, performing some sleight of hand and other illusions for guests.
  • In addition to roaming the streets of Frontierland, the performer will also frequent the Mark Twain riverboat and appear inside the Golden Horseshoe.
  • Speaking of The Golden Horseshoe, later this fall, dueling piano players will call the legendary venue home.
  • According to the Parks Blog, the pianists will face each other in a showdown that will find them “playing iconic tunes of the Old West and even take requests from the audience. Think you can stump them? You’ll have to stop in and give it your best shot!”
  • Notably, this announcement comes after the long-running Laughing Stock Co. held its final performance this past weekend.
