This December, Tokyo Disney Resort will welcome Duffy’s newest friend, CookieAnn, to Tokyo DisneySea Park with new merchandise, special food and beverage offerings and even new character appearances.

- The Disney Parks Blog has announced that Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and Shanghai Disney Resort are also preparing for the arrival of CookieAnn, but has not yet shared any further details.
ORIGINAL 10/21/19:
- From December 26, Guests visiting Tokyo DisneySea can enjoy merchandise and food items inspired by CookieAnn, as well as a photo location designed especially for a photo keepsake with a CookieAnn plush.
- CookieAnn will also be featured in “Duffy and Friends’ Heartwarming Days” beginning January 10, 2020.
- And from March 27, 2020, she will appear alongside Duffy and Mickey Mouse in “CookieAnn’s Greeting Drive,” a Disney Character Greeting offering that sees the three friends take a drive around the New York Area of American Waterfront in a Big City Vehicle.
- CookieAnn plush toys and costume sets, popcorn buckets and a variety of other items featuring the inquisitive little friend will be available from December 26.
- Special menu items include a waffle sandwich inspired by Duffy and CookieAnn’s first meeting, and a CookieAnn-themed tiered dessert.
- A souvenir lunch case and a souvenir cup themed to Duffy’s new friend will also be available for Guests choosing a meal set.
- CookieAnn made her debut at Hong Kong Disneyland in July of last year, though her name at that time was simply “Cookie.”
- Earlier this month, she was renamed “CookieAnn.”
- CookieAnn is a girl puppy with floppy ears and a nose for good ideas. With her natural curiosity and healthy appetite for food, fun and flair, she’s a whiz at mixing up unique and wonderful creations, much to the enjoyment of Duffy and Friends.
- Duffy first met CookieAnn when he was enjoying some delicious cotton candy. He accidentally bumped into her as she was carrying a huge stack of waffles, and all their treats flew into the air. Luckily, CookieAnn caught them, and turned the ingredients into a cotton candy waffle sandwich. The accident turned out to be a recipe for friendship.
