The Disneyland Resort and thirty-nine guests will be flying to the Tokyo Disneyland Resort to celebrate it's 20th Anniversary during the week of April 13 -20, 2003 for an all-inclusive trip to the Tokyo Disneyland Resort in Tokyo, Japan. This unique opportunity was announced in October 2002 at $3,900 per person, based on double occupancy.
The Experience and The Seminars
This opportunity was put together to assist Disney fans from around the world to come together and experience Walt Disney Parks & Resorts worldwide.
This first experience is for the Tokyo Disneyland Resort located in Tokyo, Japan. The experience allows you time to enjoy the magic and history of the Tokyo Resort by spending quality time in each park. You will also explore the culture and ancestry of the Japanese traditions with an over night trip to Kyoto.
If you are a Disney fan concerned about the language barrier, this is the tour for you to take! We provide the English translators to assist in the navigation throughout Japan as well as the Tokyo Disney Resort.
One day of this experience has been set aside to give you a brief history of the Tokyo Disneyland Resort from its creation through today. We have invited many special friends to enjoy this experience with you - from some of the Imagineers who have designed the resort to the cast members operating the resorts on a daily basis.
Pin Trading
One of the highlights of the trip is that the participating Guests will become the Official Ambassador Guests of www.OfficialDisneyPinTrading.com, bringing Disney Pin Trading to the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and Japan. During the seminar day on April 17th, 2003 you and your fellow participants will be pin trading, learning all the secrets of trading, and learning how pins are made in Japan.
Culture and History Tour Kyoto
Kyoto is one of the most beautiful places to see old Japan, including its gardens, temples and shrines. Japan offers a diverse atmosphere for one to enjoy. Japan is more often in the news for economics and technology, but the country also has a rich culture and a long history, and many completely unspoiled nature and wildlife reserves. This tour of Kyoto gives you a brief introduction to the land and history of Japan.
