Review: Inside Out Thought Bubbles

Riley’s memories are out of order and they need to be sorted!
Disney Mobile Games has released a new, fun game called Inside Out Thought Bubbles, a bubble shooter style mobile game available from the Apple App Store, Google Play, Windows Phone Store, and the Amazon App Store.

Help Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, and my favorite, Sadness, by matching colored memories in Riley’s head. Each level you progress, you can unlock new tasks, characters, and travel to different places like Family Island, Dream Productions, Imagination Land and more as you move through 125 different levels, all inspired by the film.
If this game doesn’t get you excited and interested in the new Disney Pixar Movie Inside Out, I don’t know what will! The character Joy is so much fun, it’s hard not to be infected with her enthusiasm! This is a familiar bubble shoot type game, but with fun new challenges like brain freezes, and releasing memory workers. A fun addition that I loved was racking up enough points from sorted memory bubbles to unlock special powers for each character during game play, for instance Joy can create a sunburst, Anger lets out a fireball, and Sadness brings rain clouds.

I really couldn’t stop playing this game! Before I knew it, I was on level 50 and still couldn’t bring myself to stop. The game is free, but this is another app that has the option for in app purchases. This ability can be turned off by a parent on your device and while there is the advantage that game play will go faster and be a little easier, I found that I didn’t need to purchase anything to get far in the game.

I’ve been so excited for Inside Out to premiere and this fun game definitely prepared me to see the movie. Any kids or kids at heart will love this game!

Lauren has been a Disney fan all her life. On her first birthday, she received a copy of the Disney Sing-a-long, Disneyland Fun, and ever since that, she's been hardcore in learning everything she can about the park. Another one of her favorite aspects is the food and she enjoys recreating those recipes to share with her friends and family. She also loves any craft that she can add a little bit of Disney magic or a hidden Mickey to make more magical.
