Toy Story Drop “Drop-Up” Pavilion Debuts at Disney Springs

This morning, to celebrate the opening of the new Toy Story Drop “drop up” pavilion Big Fish Games, the creators of the game, decided to try to go “To Infinity and Beyond” by setting a new Guinness World Record with the World’s Largest Collection of Toy Story Memorabilia.

To set a new record, there had to be at least 1,000 commercially available toys on display. But the folks at Big Fish wanted to not only set a record but set a very high bar. The toys were set up in a display representing the little green men marching toward The Claw and the green army men protecting them. With 10,133 toys, they definitely set a record that could be hard to beat. Once the official presentation was complete, the toys were all wrapped up and donated to the local Give Kids The World location.

Following the Guinness Book of World Records presentation, the ribbon cutting happened to officially open the Toy Story Drop drop-up pavilion. This pavilion located near Paddlefish Restaurant gives guests (over next two months) a chance to get a hands-on demo of this great game and pose with the famous “The Claw.”

Toy Story Drop! is available now for iOS, Google Play, and Amazon. Plus it is coming soon to Microsoft Store on Windows 10. Players progress through gameplay by matching, dropping and clearing hundreds of exciting puzzles to help favorite characters like Woody and Buzz Lightyear overcome larger-than-life obstacles as they journey across iconic locations such as Andy's Room and Pizza Planet. The new game will include characters, friendships, locations, environments and motifs from the entire Toy Story universe, including Toy Story 4, which opens in theaters June 21.
