- Julie Chen Moonves will return to host the third season of Big Brother: Celebrity Edition, which returns in winter 2022.
- The news was shared by Kelly Kahl, President, CBS Entertainment, and Thom Sherman, Sr. Executive Vice President, Programming, CBS Entertainment at the TCA Summer Press Tour.
- The celebrity-filled version of the hit series last aired in winter 2018 and included Shannon Elizabeth, Joey Lawrence, Ryan Lochte, Tom Green, and winner Tamar Braxton.
- A new group of celebrity contestants will live together in the Big Brother house, which features 94 high-definition cameras and 113 microphones to record their every move 24/7.
- In addition to broadcasts on CBS, Paramount+ subscribers will be able to stream the series live as it airs and on-demand afterward.
- Celebrity contestants and a premiere date will be announced at a later date.
