Delay of Two Pixar Films Causes Disney Shares to Drop

The delay of ‘The Good Dinosaur’ and ‘Finding Dory’ puts a big vacancy in Disney’s fiscal year, which begins in October. Walt Disney Company shares fell nearly 2 percent today, according to Yahoo! News. Instead of a release date of May 2014, ‘The Good Dinosaur’ will make it to theatres on November 25, 2015. ‘Finding Dory’ will debut June 17, 2016 instead of it’s originally planned release of November 2015. This means that 2014 will be the first year since 2005 that Pixar has not released a film.
