Disney has won a sexual harassment retaliation lawsuit brought by former archivist Rob Klein. Klein claimed he was fired for bringing up concerns that photo library supervisor Andrea Carbone was blackmailing and harassing Kiara Gellar. Disney claimed Klein was fired for putting Gellar under Carbone while not disclosing that he was aware that Carbone and Gellar were previously in a relationship.
Klein also claimed that Disney has a history of cover-ups, but the judge stated that a “culture of silence does not exist” after reviewing the evidence brought by Klein.
