A woman is accusing Andrew Pogson, a Disney Cruise Line entertainer, of sexual assault. According to ABC affiliate WFTV, Disney has suspended their relationship with Pogson pending the outcome of the case.
The woman in question says that Pogson invited her to take a cruise with him. She accepted but says the two were to go on the trip strictly as friends.
Following a day of drinking in Epcot on February 13th, the two returned to a room they were sharing in Orlando. After falling asleep, the woman says she awoke to find herself naked from the waist down with Pogson on top of her. Witness reports corroborate that woman then tied a towel around herself and went to the door for help.
Pogson was charged with sexual battery and is currently being held on $20,000 bond in the Orange County Jail.
