On Thursday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. Paddlefish’s Executive Chef Mark Boor will be hosting an interactive cooking class at Publix’s Aprons School in Dr. Phillips. Attendees will be able to learn some skills from Executive Chef Boor and create some of Paddlefish’s signature dishes. The menu will feature Lobster Corn Dogs, Ahi Poke, Seabass, and the fan favorite Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart.
