Big Hero 6 to Premiere on Disney Channel June 9th

Baymax, Hiro, Wasabi, Honey Lemon, Go-Go, and Fred are back—this time on TV. Big Hero 6 The Series will premiere on the Disney Channel on Saturday, June 9th as part of the Big Hero 6 weekend. Join the heroic team as they face daily challenges in the city of San Fransokyo.

What’s Happening:

  • Big Hero 6 The Series will debut on the Disney Channel on Saturday, June 9th and Sunday, June 10th with two back to back episodes.
  • Following the premiere, Big Hero will air new episodes every Saturday through September
  • The series is based on the Walt Disney Studios feature film, Big Hero 6 and follows 14 year old Hiro and his personal healthcare companion, Baymax.
  • In his normal day-to-day life, Hiro faces daunting academic challenges and social trials as the new prodigy at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology.
