Each fall, the Disneyland Resort welcomes trick or treaters of all ages as Disneyland Park hosts Mickey’s Halloween Parties on select evenings. With exclusive entertainment, spooky decorations, and pretty much all the candy you can eat, it’s no wonder that so many Disney fans are dying to attend these screaming parties every Halloween.

Ticketing

Mickey’s Halloween Party is a hard ticket event and requires separate admission to attend. However, party guests will be able to access Disneyland Park up to three hours before the party’s start time on the day of their event. Parties are held on select nights in September and October and prices vary depending on the which night you select. Annual Passholder tickets range from $95 – $130. Regular ticket prices range from $105 – $130. You can purchase tickets through the Disneyland website.

Special Meet and Greets

During Mickey’s Halloween Party, guests will find a number of meet and greets throughout the park. In addition to finding some Disney favorites, several “rare” characters also come out to celebrate during these parties, making them a must for character enthusiasts.

Rides and Attractions

Many of your favorite Disneyland attractions remain open during the festivities, including seasonal specialties Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday, So, in between trick or treating and catching some of the great entertainment offered, why not conquer a couple of rides while you’re at it?

Trick-or-Treating

A Halloween party wouldn’t be complete without candy! Throughout Disneyland, you’ll find a number of Treat Trails that are sure to fill your trick or treat bag in no time, For those with allergies or those would prefer healthier options, many trails also include alternative snacks you can request.

Halloween Screams Fireworks Show

One of the highlights of each Mickey’s Halloween Party is this delightfully frightening fireworks spectacular.  Hosted by Jack Skellington and  featuring some creepy Disney classics, this show is truly a scream.

Frightfully Fun Parade

Starting off with a pre-parade featuring the Headless Horseman’s ride, the Frightfully Fun Parade certainly lives up to its name. Catch your favorite characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas, scenes inspired by The Haunted Mansion and Princess and the Frog, and a murder of Disney Villains in this energetic and thrilling procession you can only see by attending Mickey’s Halloween Party.
