Overview:

Each spring the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival combines color, culinary, and cultivation to make the park even more beautiful. The 2017 festival will run from March 1st to May 29th and feature new topiaries, outdoor kitchens, Garden Rocks concerts, and much more. Note: Epcot or multi-park admission is required for all experiences.

Egg-stavaganza

Egg-stravaganza is returning to Epcot during the Festival. During this event, guests search for special hidden “eggs” themed to Disney characters and record place the corresponding sticker on the specially themed map to represent that location.

Maps and stickers can be purchased for $5.99, plus tax. To participate, guests should visit Pin Central in Future World, Disney Traders at the entrance to World Showcase, or World Traveler at the International Gateway.

Tours:

Gardens of the World

Join a knowledgeable Disney horticulturist and a small group of fellow guests on this 3-hour walking tour throughout Future World and World Showcase. The tour includes behind-the-scenes tales about the award-winning topiaries and international gardens that make up the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. In addition, guests will examine the role of landscaping at the Walt Disney World Resort, discuss ways you can apply Disney landscaping techniques at home, discover how landscaping helps develop a theme and explore various plant materials and gardening techniques.

The price of this tour is $85.00 plus tax, per Guest and guests must be at least 16 years of age to participate. To make a reservation, visit Guest Relations or call (407) WDW-TOUR.

Tours take place on select Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM during the Festival.

English Tea Garden Tour

During this complimentary tour, guests will learn more about the artistry behind the growing and blending of herbs, which is vital for the creation of uniquely flavored brews.

The English Tea Garden tour lasts approximately 20 minutes. Same-day registration is available in The Tea Caddy gift shop in the United Kingdom pavilion.

Tours are held Monday through Thursday at 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM

Behind the Seeds Tour

Explore the future of agriculture and get up-close and personal with the critters of The Land Pavilion on this walking tour. For same-day reservations and pricing visit the Tour Desk on the lower level of The Land. The tour runs daily from 10:30 to 4:30 daily.

The cost is $25 for adults and $20 for children aged 3 through 9.
