Laughing Place Press is happy to announce an official publication date for their first book, The E-Ticket Life: Stories, Essays, and Lessons Learned from My Decidedly Disney Travels by Kyle Burbank. The book will be available on LaughingPlace.com, Amazon, and iBooks on July 17, 2015.
“Considering how big a part Disneyland plays in this book and in my life, I can’t imagine a better release date than the park’s 60th anniversary,” Burbank said.
The E-Ticket Life shares over stories from Burbank’s life as a Disney fan as well as essays written from his unique point of view. Additionally, best-selling author Aaron Wallace (The Thinking Fan’s Guide to Walt Disney World: Magic Kindgom) provides the foreword and artist Ashley O’ Neill contributes nearly two-dozen beautiful illustrations.
Printed editions of The E-Ticket Life are currently available for preorder on TheETicketLife.com (copies sold sold on Laughing Place and TheETicketLife.com are signed by the author at no additional charge) and digital versions can be preordered on Amazon (Kindle) and iBooks. Amazon will list the printed version after the book’s release on July 17. Laughing Place Press has also announced that Burbank will be selling and doing signings of the book at the 2015 D23 Expo August 14-16.
