Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison, Lana Parrilla, Josh Dallas, Emilie de Ravin, Colin O’Donoghue, Robert Carlyle, Rebecca Mader, Sean Maguire and executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz joined moderator Yvette Nicole Brown to discuss the hit ABC series. One major topic of discussion was Emma Swan becoming the dark one. In fact they showed a very creepy scene involving “Dark Swan.” While that footage is not online, they did release this tease:

In addition, they showcased a humorous “documentary” that asks why the citizens of Storybrook don’t leave. This featurette will be included in Once Upon a Time’s home video release this fall.

Finally, they showcased a video clip that revealed that Merida from Pixar’s Brave will be a part on Once Upon a Time next season. She will be performed by Amy Manson who tweeted this picture of her preparing to portray the Scottish archer.

The Muppets on ABC:

The Muppets are returning to ABC this Fall. To talk about the new series Co-creators and executive producers Bill Prady (Big Bang Theory) and Bob Kushell (The Simpsons), executive producer/director Randall Einhorn (The Office) and executive producer Bill Barretta (The Muppets) screened the 10-minute proof of concept that sold the series to ABC. While this footage will never be shown on television, it convinced the folks at ABC to move forward with the series. The series is about a late-night talk show starring Miss Piggy that features Kermit as her producer, Rizzo and Pepe as her writers, and Fozzie as her sidekick. The rest of the Muppet gang also have roles in the show’s production. The series is filmed in a fake-documentary style similar to The Office.

But enough about the show… Muppet Performers (Bill Barretta, Dave Goelz, Eric Jacobson, and Steve Whitmire) performed Pepe, Rowlf, Rizzo, Gonzo, Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Fozzie the Bear much to the delight of the audience which gave the crew a standing ovation. The hilarity reached a fever pitch with even the moderator breaking out into uncontrollable laughter.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers:

Arthur Parsons (Game Director, TT Games), Matt Ellison (Producer, TT Games), Mike Jones (Executive Producer, Marvel Games), Bill Rosemann (Creative Director, Marvel Games) discussed the upcoming LEGO Marvel’s Avengers game which will be released this upcoming winter. The game is based on the first two Avengers films and features actually dialogue from the film. Also inspired by the film are team-up powers between the heroes which are quite fun.

One ongoing theme was how they wanted to improve on the first LEGO Marvel game. Thanks to some improvements in the game’s engine, they were able to do just that. One way this is exhibited is the over 1,000 new characters that appear in the game, including Stan Lee.

While he provided cameos throughout the first game, in the sequel he is a fully playable character in this installment. He even has his own “Stanbuster” armor inspired by the Hulkbuster suit which is seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron. To celebrate his elevation from cameo to star, Stan Lee even dropped by the panel to endorse the game.
