Maria & Enzo’s Sunday Brunch – A Must Do!

Disney Springs – Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante Sunday Brunch

If you are like me, sometimes while on vacation you want to take a nice break to just sit and enjoy. A Sunday Brunch is always a great way to recharge your batteries and thankfully Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante offers one of the best brunches I have ever been to.

Disney Springs – Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante Sunday Brunch

This prix-fixe brunch ($35.00 per adult and $15.00 per child) has something for everyone, the great starter buffet has everything you could possible want to start with amazing cheeses to salmon and shrimp.

The entrees are great and the perfect size to have enough room for the dessert station. The French Toast was one of the best I have had, especially with the whipped mascarpone and fresh berries.

Now as everything I had tried really stood out as perfectly prepared, the dessert station with dark chocolate fountain was the highlight of the brunch. Of course, there were more healthy options for dessert such as yogurt, but if you have a flowing chocolate fountain with different dipping options. If you don’t take advantage of it, you are missing the point of a Sunday Brunch.

I, being a non-drinker, had one of the highlights for many at the brunch lost on me: the endless Bellini and Mimosas. However, they definitely were very free flowing from what I saw.
