Pixar’s “Coco” Now Playing at El Capitan Once Again

In need of a good cry that only Pixar can deliver? Then you may want to head down to the world famous El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California where Coco is currently enjoying a special limited engagement. Through October 7th, you can celebrate Dia de los Muertos a bit early by catching this hit film back on the big screen along with some fun surprises.

Prior to showtime, it’s always incredible to explore the historic El Capitan in all its beauty. In doing so, you’ll also discover some fun photo ops and other picture-worthy displays that will only enhance your excitement for the headlining event. Take, for example, this awesome guitar crafted to resemble Ernesto de la Cruz’s instrument in the film. Brought to life by Cordoba Guitar, this six-stringed wonder features touches of 24K gold, the signature skull-shaped headstock, and lots of other incredible details worth taking a closer look at.

Before Coco kicks off, guests get to screen some exclusive content from Disney Junior’s Vampirina. This includes music videos of Vampirina and The Ghoul Girls and more.

However, the biggest treat comes during select performances when the Mariachi Divas and Ballet Folklórico de Los Ángeles perform live on stage. These amazing performers will be present for screenings on October 6th to 7th to help close out this special run of Coco. If you’ll be in Los Angeles, you’ll definitely want to stop by the El Capitan and catch a screening of Coco in this gorgeous theatre.
