Nothing says it is going to be a good morning like finding a fresh box of doughnuts when you walk into work. Similarly, nothing says it is going to be a great day like the Leaning Tower of Doughnuts. This delish treat features two scoops of your choice of gelato, doughnut holes, and whipped cream all over and in a warm Italian doughnut. This is perfection on a plate, from the fresh doughnut holes to the amazing gelato (I did peanut butter and pumpkin). It’s also a great option for two to split.
Apple Pie Bombolato
On those cool fall nights, a piece of warm apple pie is a perfect finish to a family dinner or, on a hot Florida day, an Apple Pie Bombolato is a great way to cool down. Featuring apple sorbetto, caramel sauce, and graham cracker crumbs, pressed inside a warm Italian doughnut. This is what you want to grab as you are strolling the springs, but don’t worry about it melting because, if you are anything like me, it won't last long enough to get to that point.
Pumpkin Mudslide Shake
To round out the September Specials, we have Vivoli il Gelato's answer to the PSL: the amazing Pumpkin Mudslide Shake. If you are a fan of pumpkin anything, this is the way to go.
