What’s Happening:
- Iger’s 2024 pay of $41,114,015 is an increase over his 2023 of $31,587,166, and takes Iger closer to his 2021 number of $45,899,796 – his last full year as CEO at Disney before his brief retirement.
- Here’s how Iger’s 2024 compensation breaks down, as reported in the company’s proxy statement filed Thursday with the SEC:
- $1 million salary
- $7,220,000 performance based bonus
