On Thursday March 4th at 7:30p the Animated Feature Symposium celebrates the work of the 2009 Oscar nominees in the Animated Feature Film category. The nominees (schedules permitting) will discuss their creative process and the development of their films, and present clips illustrating their techniques. Animator and animation historian Tom Sito will moderate. Event tickets ($5) are available now. Academy Events can sell out. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
