Star Wars Celebration V convention is coming to Orlando Aug. 12-15 and expects to draw about 25,000 fans. StarWars.com announces author, screenwriter and Walt Disney Imagineer Jason Surrell will take the Behind-The-Scenes Stage with Pablo Hidalgo on Thursday, from 3p – 4p for a look at the creation of Star Tours and Indiana Jones through rare concept art and stunning still photographs. He will also offer an exclusive sneak peek at the new, “reimagineered” Star Tours, set to launch in Spring 2011, and Last Tour to Endor event coming Saturday, August 14.
Disney Parks blog announces the Star Wars Celebration Disney Parks Discussion Panel is scheduled for Friday, August 13th, from 12-1, at the Behind-The-Scenes Stage with Pablo Hidalgo. The panel will focus on Disney Parks’ Star Wars merchandise with a sneak peek at upcoming items.
